Performance and Application
The main raw material of the second generation UV light-curable monomer is polymerized from high-purity pentaerythritol and ethylene oxide, and is mainly used to form a light-curing active diluent (ethoxylated pentaerythritol tetra(Meth) acrylate).
- The introduction of ethoxy in the monomer structure can increase the flexibility of the cured coating while maintaining the reactivity of the monomer. At the same time, the molecular weight of the monomer increases, the volatility decreases, and the irritation of the monomer decreases significantly, and the compound has high reactivity and high crosslinking density in the light-curing coating system.
