Performance and Application
The main raw material of the second generation UV light-curing reactive diluent;
BPA series is made of polymerization of high-purity bisphenol A and ethylene oxide, which is mainly used for the synthesis of light-curing reactive diluent (ethoxylated bisphenol A di(meth) acrylate), compounded in light-curing coating system to make the cured film have high hardness, high refractive index, high chemical resistance and high crosslinking density;
EO20-BPA can be used as a flexibilizer for cathodic electrophoretic paint, which can improve the flexibility, corrosion resistance and interlayer attachment of cathode electrophoretic paint, improve the mechanical strength of the coating, enhance the aging resistance, and have good chemical corrosion resistance and electrical properties.
EO2-HDO is composed of polymerization of high-purity 1,6 hexanediol and ethylene oxide, which is mainly used for the synthesis of light-curing reactive diluent (ethoxylated 1,6-hexanediol bis(methyl)acrylate), compounded in the light-curing coating system to make the light-curing film have low irritation, low viscosity and low volatility;
PO2-NPG is synthesized by high-purity neopentyl alcohol and propylene oxide and is mainly used for the synthesis of photocircumferentiated speech diluent (propoxylated pentylene glycol di(meth) acrylate)), propoxylated neopentyl glycol has lower surface tension, suitable for PE/PET and other low surface tension substrates, compounded in the light-curing coating system to make the light-curing film have high flexibility, low irritation, low viscosity and low curing shrinkage;
